The Challenge of Analyzation

For this course we were challenged to think of an organization or group we are involved with and interpret a specific situation we could reflect on to see how we are able to relate it to leadership, business and the frameworks we learned throughout the course. We have been introduced to these different frame works and have reflected on our own work as well as other students to better understand the application of these. I chose to look into the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) and its biggest event of the year, an annual convention held in Nashville, TN. I have been attending hunting and fishing expos since I was a kid and as a dedicated member to NWTF I felt I could pull enough information to create and understand how the group and this situation can be understood from all of the aspects we have learned throughout the course.
